Alternative therapies

During your stay you will have regular opportunities to engage with complimentary therapies such as Indian head massage, tai chi, acupuncture, relaxation, reflexology, yoga, aromatherapy foot massage and shiatsu massage.

All of these have proved to be highly beneficial during treatment, with auricular (ear) acupuncture being specifically appropriate during the detox period. If you decide to take part in any of these therapies, a full assessment regarding suitability will be carried out by qualified staff.
